Hi, I’m Kenya, Founder and Coach of Empowering Resolutions, where our mission is simple: Empowering you to achieve optimistic outcomes from your life experiences.
Life coaching holds a special place in my heart because it allows me to guide others toward their own breakthroughs and achievements, much like I once did as a volleyball coach. On the court, I found joy in helping athletes discover their strengths, push beyond their limits, and grow in confidence. Now, as a life coach and certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach, I channel that same passion into helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and opportunities. I help individuals and teams discover their natural talents and learn how to apply them with confidence. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness someone recognize their potential and embrace a more optimistic path forward.
In addition to personalized life coaching and individual Gallup StrengthsFinder sessions, I also offer comprehensive team coaching and executive coaching to help organizations harness their collective strengths and drive impactful results.
